About Rick
Rick grew up between Kewaunee and Algoma and went to school in Kewaunee. He worked for local farmers throughout his teens. After school he received his Auctioneering license when he was only 18 years old. Nine months later he received his Real Estate Sales License and shortly after his Real Estate Brokers. He started with Bayview Real Estate selling foreclosed properties and after 13 years with Bayview Realty he started his own company Sell & Save Real Estate.
Rick has a small 30 acre hobby farm where he grows crops, raises ornamental pheasants, and has a perch pond. He collects vintage vehicles & tractors along with old bar memorabilia. He often spends his free time with his father working on a projects.
Rick is a natural born seller. When Rick was in grade school he sold football & baseball cards in the halls and lunch room. Now he sells every type of property from single family homes, water frontage, commercial, condos, and vacant land. Rick understands you have to have knowledge of what your selling in order to know how to properly market and get top dollar.
